[Bitpim-devel] very minor bug imorting qtopia desktop

While exploring the annoying zooming rectangles that Peter Wood
observed I found a minor bug. I was seeing which windows had annoying
rectangles and which didn't ("native" file selection boxes don't) and I
found that if you try to import Qtopia Desktop (whatever that is) when
you don't have Qtopia Desktop you get an unexpected exception because
there is no file:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
'/Users/dufault/.palmtopcenter/Categories.xml'

Granted, no one should import if they don't have it.

I found that if you try to import Qtopia Desktop (whatever that is)
when you don't have Qtopia Desktop you get an unexpected exception

It is the PC side program for PDAs like the Sharp Zaurus. I have
just committed a fix that is more user friendly when this happens.
