BitPim version 1.0.1-official
Mac OS X 10.4.10
(2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo)

When BitPim encounters an exception, attempts to submit a trouble
report using the Create Trouble Report function on the exception page
don't appear to work.

Clicking the Create Trouble Report button appears to work fine. A
window appears with a small form, pre-populated with a file name
"bpbug.gz". Filling in the values for the other fields with the
following data:

Name: Gary K. Longsine
email: ***@sentco.net
Trouble Description: (any text here)

Then pressing OK...

Yields a dialog box which says:

Trouble Report Error
Failed to Create Trouble Report.

Here is the trouble report that I tried to submit in that example:

The default dir for the bpbug.gz file is where BitPim got started, which I think for Mac is a read-only DMG image. Try setting the dir to a local area.
