Due to recently uncovered compatibilities issues with Build 0.9.11,
it's no longer available for download. The only work-around for
those issues is to start with an empty BitPim data dir (subsequent
operations will be unaffected). The issues will be fixed in the next
release. Thanks to those who reported the issues and provided
files/info for further debug.
