ATfoo=?

The commands being sent and responses are parsed by hand and include gems
like:

// TODO: hadle names with quotes inside!!

Since they only support European GSM phones, I don't think there is much of
an issue having to deal with differently formatted commands and responses,
other than checking available of certain commands with the =? thing.
