The latest phone needing DMv5 is the newest revision of the VX-8600. Also, it looks like the newest VX-5300 firmware may need DMv5 as well.
Attached is a patch that for just the VX-8600.
I will resubmit my LGDMPhone patch with V86VZV03 support once 1.0 is released.
