Ringer, wallpaper and speed dial assignments are not reported.
Group assignments are reported as above.
To phone:
Phone ignores lines that begin with "phone.", "phone2.", etc.
Phone accepts the "X-GNO" group index. Seems to ignore X-GN, so if the
index on the phone does not correspond to X-GN, the group won't be what you
expect. (Groups not managed by bluetooth import).
Phone doesn't like: (Sets phone type to Other)
TEL;TYPE=CELL,PREF:number
Wants instead:
TEL:TYPE=PREF,CELL:number
I don't know which one is incorrect according to the vcard specs.
