BitPim: 1.0.5-official
OS: Windows XP media center edition
Phone: LG VX-9900
Using a cable I got off eBay
Specific error message: 'sms_saved' object has no attribute 'inboxmsg'
Other info:
Repeats consistently for me.
There are no MMS messages in my inbox; only SMS. While I've received MMS
messages in the past, they've since been deleted.
Other sync options work fine & as expected, including calendar and phone
book.
Had sync'd SMS messages in the past but it was probably a prior version of
BitPim. Not sure if this has ever worked with 1.0.5-official.
Repro steps:
Open BitPim.
Click Get Phone Data button.
Select only the SMS option, click corresponding Add radio button.
Actual behavior:
Receive error. No SMS messages are imported.
Expected behavior:
All SMS messages from the phone are added to the BitPim DB.
Attempted fixes:
Searched mailing list. Found at least 3 other users with this problem but
neither dev responses nor suggested fixes. Trying again on bitpim-devel;
hope this might be more effective.
Thanks for your help!
