Added full phonebook (R/W) support.
Added full calendar (R/W) support. LGVX4650 calendar events have the following constraints:
- events must start and end within the same calendar date.
- Reminder Alarm values are limited to: -1 (None), 0 (ontime), 5min, 10min, 60 (1hr), 1440 (1day) & 2880 (2days.)
- If alarm ringtone is not set, it is defaulted to the 1st builtin ringtone: Ringer 1.
-Repeat events are always sent as open-ended events.
