Here is what I have working so far. I could not get ringtone OBEX or
BREW transfers past the phone filesystem permissions problems, so I
have reverted to using BREW transfer of ringtones to and from the
MicroSD card.
This only works if the files on the memory card are the same ones
that have been copied to the phone memory.
Using the phone menus to move/copy the ringtones to and from the mmc
to the phone memory is the required additional step.
