For some reason the toolbar icons are no longer showing
up on Mac (actually the old hideous ones are, not the new
Adit ones).
Any ideas? There isn't any conditional Mac specific code for the
toolbars and the wxPython (now at 2.6.0.0) changelog
says that realize etc were fixed on Mac.
