[BitPim-devel] Another small patch (VX-8700)

Sorry for all of the little patches but I keep running across stuff that needs adjustment.

This patch is a few tweaks for the VX-8700:
- Enters DM mode when listing files to ensure read/write access.
- T-9 stuff now works as it does on the VX-8500 (was getting an error due to a missing class and variable).
