I have completed the audio conversion dialog and it should do
both MP3 (LG phones) and QCP (Samsung) correctly. There is also
help text linked in which should be read. (I anticipate some
people will ignore it no matter how much it is pointed out and
do some unintented testing to find out what happens when you
fill up phone filesystems).
