To whom it may concern,
I recently found your program "Bitpim" off of the site www.hacktherazr.com. I was trying to upload ringtones onto my phone using your program with a tutorial from hacktherazr when I noticed that my phone was not being detected. I've gone though many tasks to figure out why and I've come up empty every time. I changed from auto detect to COM3 like suggested, I have all proper drivers for my phone installed, upon phone detection (with my computer) it recognized my phone as the V3m so that is the phone I set for Bitpim, however, I cannot get Bitpim to "detect" my phone. The only thing I can do is get wallpapers from my phone to my computer, nothing else. How do I go about fixing all this? What information would you need and how would I find it? Thank you and I hope you can help.
Sincerely,Gennaro Sole
