Found this for svn stats? Python, easy to modify, GPL.
http://mpy-svn-stats.berlios.de/ Requires this to be installed to run
http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/
No LOC, but has object and commit count.
I ran it against the repository and got attached files (copy files to same
directory and view index.html)
The CVS to SVN script was kept all the stats !
