Added Katana DLX scp-8500 code
basically copied the SCP-8400 left in the copyright for Steven as it is
basically the same code with some very minor changes like usb ID , and name.
I have not tested it as of yet - I am learning the Python thing - and the
SVN thing .. but as soon as I learn to compile the code on my windows
machine using python I think I will give it a wHACK..
