For Linux users, it will quite happily run under Wine.
The binary you need is pvconv.exe.
There is code in BitPim 0.7 that automagically converts all non-midi
files to qcp when you add them as a ringtone. You have to put a copy
of pvconv.exe in the BitPim resources subdirectory.
I did want to redistribute it with BitPim but the license is suitably
vague, and Qualcomm won't just tell me yes or no.
