[BitPim-devel] dialstring bug

LG has changed the valid dial-string characters for the 8100. T has been
replaced by W (Wait).

I propose to move the global phonize function in com_lg4400 into the 4400
Profile class and add a new class variable DIALSTRING_CHARS which contains
the valid dialstrings so that I can override it in the 8100 Profile in a
similar way to the existing RINGTONE_FILENAME_CHARS. Will only affect the
4400 and derived phones.

Since other phones are also using that routine, you may want to move it to com_phone instead.
