Joe Pham asked for feedback in mid-August for the LX570 Muziq (sometimes
written as Musiq)

Tried BitPim 1.0.6 and it did connect OK, and discovered my Muziq phone
through the USB cable connected to an eMachines model w3609 destop running
Vista. I was not able to get my XP laptop to discover the Muziq cell phone
using version 1.0.6

My goal was to export vcard contacts from my gmail contacts to Bitpim, then
to my Muziq. Version 1.0.6 was only pushing a handful of my 65 vcard
contacts. I noticed that there was a bug fix specifically for what I was
working on in the 1.0.7 Bitpim test version.

Bug fix: LG LX-570: BitPim failed to read all contact entries.

Installed 1.0.7.20080908 test version and had much better results.

The 1.0.7 test version log showed that Bitpim finds and reads all my
contacts flawlessly, but it has trouble writting back over 60 contacts. The
log shows says that it is appending all 66 contacts, but when I check the
Muziq contacts list it has a max of 60 contacts no matter what I try. It
loses the last 6 contacts.

next, deleted 1 single contact from my Bitpim phonebook, so I had 65
contacts in my phonebook in Bitpim, then pushed the contacts to the Muziq.
Bitpim in turn found and deleted that 1 contact from the LX-570 (which I
thought was pretty cool). I only had 59 contacts in the Muziq. I was
assuming it would have added one more contact back up to 60 max, but it
didn't. I immediatly pushed the phonebook data again to the Muziq and this
time there was 60 contacts in the Muziq. It had filled in the one deleted
space this time. Not sure why it can't get over 60 though.

Note: when I push the phonebook data I am only allowed to "Replace All", the
"Add" checkbox is not allowed. I haven't tried the test version
1.0.7.20080908 on the XP laptop yet. I can do that soon.

Joe, if you want me to test any other features please let me know.
