Simon, couple of things wrt the new USTRING class:

1. Need to add the new 'maxsizeinbytes' attribute similar to the STRING.

2. Need to put back to STRING class to prototypes for now. I'm not quite ready to switch yet.

I've done both. When you are done with it you should remove it, I've
converted over all the other phones.
