[BitPim-devel] Build 0.8.10 issues

Found 3 issues with this load:
1. Get Data -> Call History bombed.
2. Phonebook mode, View -> Columns bombed.
3. Any Calendar Import -> Filter bombed.

I'm attaching the exception logs for those cases. Since 0.8.08 is solid, I'd recommend not releasing this load until those issues are fixed.

Found and fixed an Outlook Calendar Import bug. The Any Calendar Import Filter bug is still there.
