[BitPim-devel] Brew v2 EFS commands patch

This patch adds two new packet types: new_chmodrequest, new_chmodresponse as well as decodes several previously unknown fields in existing packets. Note, all error codes observed match exactly with posix error codes, i.e 2 == no such file or directory, 9 == bad file descriptor, etc.
