A couple of ideas to setup the developer console:

1. Only available in __debug__ mode.
2. Can be turned on/off in the Config dialog (also only in __debug__
mode).

Just try to make life a tad easier for the coders :-)

No problem with the config value only present in debug gui.

Just try to make life a tad easier for the coders :-)

It is documented on the developer page. And quite frankly if someone is
unable to add a line to a .ini type file, there is no hope of them
figuring out phone code!
