Question.

I can not get the phone numbers off or my phone.
I am using Bitpim 0.7.27 with win xp and I have an LG VX6000 phone. When I attempt to get the numbers off of my phone this is what happens.

An unexpected exception has occurred.

Please see the help for details on what to do.

I got a new phone (another vx6000) and I'm trying to transfer phone #'s.
What I did was created a dummy list on bitpim and sent it onto the new phone just to test.
I then deleted the phone #'s on bitpim and tried getting from the new phone this worked fine.
I then tried reading and writing wallpaper and ring tones to the old and new phones this worked fine.
I then went to Verizon and had the #'s transfered from the old phone to the new phone. ( They did it for free cand you believe it!)
So I had the same phone list on both phones.
I tried to get phone #'s from both phones and I get the same "Unexpected exception"
I can write and read ringtones and wallpaper to both phones

It seems like there is some problem with my phone list
Can someone pleas help.

Thank you,
Jim Jacobsen

Thanks for the response
I apologize but I checked the archives before I emailed you and now once
again and I can not find any similar problem or solution. Maybe I'm
searching incorrectly. Can you assist further.
Thank you again,
Jim
