Joe,

When you checked in the changes for the wx4650 you removed the vx8100 entry
in guiwidgets.py on line 349.
Could you add it back in.

thanks,

Simon

Simon:

I don't think Joe removed it. The latest version of guiwidgets.py, v
1.263 has the vx8100 in the following conditional just after the list
of phones:

if __debug__:
phonemodels.update( {'Audiovox CDM-8900':
'com_audiovoxcdm8900', # phone is too fragile for normal use
'LG-VX8100 (Verizon Wireless)':
'com_lgvx8100', # code still being shaken out
})

The purpose of this is keep the phones in the if statement out of
official builds, but keep them available for developers (or anyone
running from source code).

Ok, I did not see that.

Joe,

Will the vx8100 be supported in the build next week?

Simon

Assuming that your testing goes ok, yes.
