(I originally sent this in early June. It does not look like these
changes were merged into CVS. Is there some other mechanism for
submitting code that I am missing? Thanks.)

Attached are updates mostly related to the LG-VX3200.

Here is what is addressed in these patches:

General:
--------
- Fixed two minor bugs related to displaying proper pick list types for
wallpaper and ringtones in phonebookentryeditor.py.
VX3200:
-------
- Fixed bug related to interacting with phone when there are no
wallpaper files on the phone.
- Added support for writing phonebook entries.
- Added limited support for reading calendar.

Help has been updated.

You aren't missing anything. It was my fault for not applying the
updates. Posting patches here is the way to get changes merged.
I will do this set by the weekend. You should expects changes
to be merged within one week.
