[BitPim-devel] Bug sending BCI files to phone with recent versions of BitPim

Whenever I try to add a .bci file under bitpim 0.7.32 in Windows, I
get an error message saying "No handler found for image type".

The 20 or so bci files I already loaded into my phone display fine in
the wallpaper pane of the program, and also, I could add them with no
problems in older versions of bitpim (works in version 0.7.27, not
sure exactly when it broke).

I'm using an LG VX-4400, don't think this matters as the error occurs
before trying to send the new pics to the phone.
