[BitPim-devel] I've added vx8100

I got a vx8100 on saturday.
I have added support for it to BitPim I downloaded from sourceforge on
sunday, 7.33.
I used a USB cable for a vx6100/7000/8000.
With the changes (attached) I have managed to upload my phonebook from my
vx4400 to my vx8100, I also was able to up&download ringtones (including
.mp3) and wallpaper.

Please also write some help text.

The sound and image directories (brew/16452/mp, brew/16452/ms) don't
seem particularly convincing. When you install Brew programs, they have
a numbered directory that they are installed in. In this case it
would appear that those directories are for a specific Brew program
and not the generic phone ones ...

I have committed the code. Please fully test and thrash out any remaining
issues. I also assume this only works with Verizon Wireless?
