Hi all,
I'm afraid that I'll need a little hand holding whilst I get my head around how BitPim code works, but hopefully I can get there fairly quickly.
I have a SCH-A650 (Telus) which does not enter 'brew' mode, the reason is that the data packet sent back after the request does not pass the CRC test.
Looking at the code (with glazed eyes) I can't really see:
1). Whether there are any other phones that work with BitPim, but don't use Brew.
2). Whether it is necessary to enter 'brew' mode to get/set address/calendar entries.
Any help will be greatly appreciated,
Simon.

I understand from Roger that this is probably because this phone has firmware based on J2ME, rather than Brew.23:06:06.721 /dev/ttyACM0: Changed port speed to 115200
