I am having trouble getting my enV3 detected. I have toggled the USB setting on the phone but had no success. Please let me know if you have a solution.

You will have to be more specific. Other people have had success using
BitPim with the enV3. Particularly, what OS are you using? I remember
needing a driver download on Windows and needing to fix permissions on
Linux.
