They need to be added via the help tool program.

I did, and the help page came up as expected. I figure I'd commit the source files so you can rebuild the help files at build time.

In any case they also need to be added in binary mode.

My mistake. I keep forgetting.

I did, and the help page came up as expected.

Eh? The help tool program is HelpBlocks and it updates the various
meta-files such as bitpim.wxh, bitpim.hhc, bitpim.hhk and bitpim.hhp.
All those files need to be updated for the help to work correctly
when not running in a developer tree.
