Someone is going to need to make a Mac binary of ffmpeg and put it in the
helpers directory. To build it, make lame first built statically. The make
ffmpeg and pick up the static lame.

I've built it under JAGUAR so it will run on all later systems without
problems. No sense in having too mnay versions of the helper tools
around.
